Joe Arceneaux began Arceneaux Pest Management Service in 2004 with a goal of excellence. As one of only 10 Board Certified Entomologists in Louisiana, Joe has a unique expertise that he is passionate about using and sharing. In addition to the over 300 hours of continuing education that Joe must maintain in order to keep his accreditation, Joe is a teacher at the LSU Summer Pest Control Institute and teaches continuing education courses to other pest management professionals so that they can re-certify annually and stay in compliance with the state and federal requirements.

As a locally owned, family run business, Arceneaux Pest Management Service has deep roots in this industry and area. Joe learned the pest management business from his father, who worked in the pest management business for over 50 years. After serving in the United States Air Force, Joe worked for Terminix International for 16 years as a technician, inspector, supervisor, branch manager and finally as regional manager for the state of Louisiana. Joe began Arceneaux Pest Management in 2004 in his home state in order to serve East Baton Rouge Parish, Ascension Parish, and the Denham Springs areas. In addition to his technicians, Joe works with his wife Tami and his son Jimmy.
